The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) provided this award for “Excellence”, from a construction and technical building control point of view, where the construction team worked within difficult conditions and found innovative and creative solutions.

The internal renovation included, oak doors and staircase and the installation of a kitchen and bathrooms, original parts of the cottage were also renovated, in order for the whole house to retain a uniform and pleasing appearance.

Once the cottage project was complete its overall space trebled in size, providing the owners with a spacious family home.
